Upper Kalama in Washington

Post by milkman »

This is a fun class III run that's only open during elk hunting season (November) when the timber company opens the gates to their tree farm. A crew of 16 of us ran in a variety of crafts. Unfortunately, the canoes were a minority and mine is never seen. There was one Zoom, one L'edge, one Caption, and one Prodigy X, besides my Prelude.

There are two versions of the video, the only difference is the music.

If you like Charlie Musselwhite (blues), check out: http://youtu.be/ZRzPKtBWKWA

If you like Eels and Guy Clark, check out http://vimeo.com/32157635

We now have two members of the club who are messing around in Atoms. The other is "busterblue" who also posts here. With a bomber roll, he's been a fast study. On this particular day though, he paddled his L'edge.
