the last descent of the philly brown

Post by FullGnarlzOC »

......until the next descent

A few of us hit this 3/4 mile section of whitewater right outside of Philadelphia - turned out to be a great stretch of III-IV - makin for a fun day on the water.

I did a quick day edit last night - turned out alright for an 1hr edit - http://vimeo.com/34153600" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

We were joking about how it was the 'last descent' because a ranger found us afterwards - and asked us how runs were - then kindly let us know that we couldn't put on or take-out on county land.....he also gave us the "beta" on the run... that it ran at 700 feet for mile... :lol:

looking quick and smooth grabbing the offside Tommy. What is this run? Good practice shoulder boofs to hit.

I'm 5'9, 180lbs. Not sure what the upper weight limits are - have to talk to Jeremy about that.

- Merry Christmas guys and gals - this will be the last pre-goPro era video from me... as santa was nice enough to get me a new hero2 this xmas. :)

    Nice video. Fun to see you really driving the boat and nailing the cross strokes.
