Re: Robson Homes PE
I see thigh straps any word on weight etc?
Re: Robson Homes PE
Anyone paddle that design before?? It looks wet. Good for vertical move though?

It would be very interesting to put one side-by-side with a Prelude. Looks like they might be similar in the speed/dryness categories.ian123 wrote:Anyone paddle that design before?? It looks wet. Good for vertical move though?
Re: Robson Homes PE
Have seen the Amerlite version, but never paddled.... always wanted a plastic one.
Looks really dry, and likely to have nice speed. I'm sure one of our European boaters will have worn one (or two) out by now. Believe this was the last Frankie boat, although never have substantiated that.

Simply because Spanish Fly paddlers ...

Re: Robson Homes PE
Id say it looks real similar to a prelude well from those angles.....
Re: Robson Homes PE
That looks awesome (like a prelude with harder edges! What more could you want?), but I'm guessing it will be another robson boat we rarely see on this side of the ocean.
It does look like it would fill the "slightly faster than the L'edge/Option" niche, though.

Re: Robson Homes PE
For us non-metric Americans:
length 296 cm > 9' 8.5"
width 70 cm > 2' 3.5" (27.5")
height Bow 48 cm, Center 40 cm (18.8", 15.7")
weight 24 kg > 52.9 lbs
volume 380 ltr.
material PE-Superlinear
capacity 120 kg > 264.5 lbs
That is pretty awesome turn-around from the suggestion 4 days ago in this thread:

That's a sweet looking boat.
