I tried Jet weld D rings to the S6F boat but they wont stick. Is there a glue that can bond that plastic at all? Please respond...desperately want to go paddlin'

3M has some products that may work...I'm not sure which type of plastic the s6 is made of..but if you find out you should be able to contact 3M and they'll tell you what they've got. SpaceCanoe has posted a few possibilities in the past..you should be able to find them using the "search" at the top of the page here.
That said, if it's a side or top connection you're looking to make I'd drill it, use metal and rubber washers on each side, and not worry to much. If it's one on the bottom of the boat I'd do a "fence rail" or plastic-sheet (a la Team ETC) type of system (see "Outfitting" and "Team ETC" links on the left).
