Falls dam is a good spot for park & play, but from the looks of the lake level, there will not be enough water.I live 10 minutes from Weldon. They're going to leave the flow at 6,600 through "3 June (possible 15 June)". It's not a great level for park & play. If you run the river there's one decent hole at the s-turns that's good for 180's & side-surfing. There's another spot that's real good for both righty & lefty squirts. If they'd drop the flow to 6,000 we'd have a nice surf wave at the take-out. If they'd drop it to 2,000 we'd have a good wave, a GREAT wave & a big hole to play in at the take-out. Plus, if for some bizare reason you get tired of surfing you can carry back up either side to run the rapid as many times as you want. Come on up when we have another draught.
