depends on boat size and type, also varys by mold (thickness ofmold). 20 to 30 minutes then you have to put it in a cooling rack for about the same time. Then it so hot you still have to ware gloves to touch it. You should se what a boat looks like when the power goes out halfway through the cook cycle and the mold isn't be rotated.
