It's true. I'm here to attest that if you want something, Gavin is the man to call. He got an H2O paddle coming my way in record time. It's going to make it under the wire for Christmas for a certain woman Prelude paddler often seen in my videos.

That is awesome Mark. I am happy for you. I am only here to make things easier and do what I can do. H2O stepped it up big on this one, not only me.
You all can let me know if you need anything and you can rest assured that I will do what I can do make you all satisfied (within reason).
Bob Brit, you are the next customer service sited in my scopes. I was really sorry to see the broken L'edge that you had on Sauty, but I have been doing my research and out of 450 L'edges sold only 20-30 (I am waiting on the actual numbers other than these) have broken (and I hope all legitimate manufacture defects have all been warrantied). <5% failure is really good in all cases or roto-molding anything.
I have been dealing with Jacques and it has been only positive so far and I know that some of you have commented on the lack of resonse from Vincent and/or Jacques, but you have to understand that they are really busy with Canada and I am the new rep for the Southeast US from PA-FL and everything in between, so if you have an issue, please email me at gavinrains@yahoo.com.
The only thing that you can do with any issue is approach it with as much professionalism as possible and address or fix the issue and I need to know any real issues that you all have with Esquif or any other company that I deal with. If you have not filed a warranty claim about any boat, you need to send me the serial number, the pictures of the crack ot issue, a decription of how the issue happened & when it happened as well as what retailer you got it from or there is nothing that we can do. I hate to get on my soapbox, but I want to be transparent about everything (good or bad). I look forward to seeing you on the river, but you all need to know that I have no more open whitewater canoes until Spring, so shut up when I pull in the eddy with a Kayak. Cheers and Happy Paddling!

Thank you. You are right. Still much lower than the norm. 6-8% and is the norm from my experience. Foot enter mouth on the percentage. Cheers.
