I've never seen this technology - I understand that the boat is made seamless, one-piece, with two-piece mold flush joined in the middle like molds used for metal casting, vacuum bagged - am I right? If so, how do you make the mold halves join really flush? Do you apply some putty to the mold or do you sand and polish the imprint on the boat or something else? I hope it's not a secret, it is very interesting.

Woro,
Any boat coming out of a 2 piece mold will have a visible line on it from where the 2 mold halves joined together. There's no getting around that.

If I drive over 7 hours to demo the Shacho is there any way I can convince you to run the dryway? 8)

Mold construction is complete. Next- cure time, final wet-sanding, mold sealing and prep, then the first boat.
