Thanks for the replies guys -- it's all been very helpful! I decided on the echo creek stick, but I called and he said that he was booked up for the summer on making paddles. I gave Foxworx a try next and they said it would be 2-3 weeks and I needed it sooner. So I went for the H20 c-1 team paddle and gave them a call and was extremely impressed with their service. They said it would probably come in next friday -- I asked if they could get it here as soon as possible and it arrived yesterday. Paddle actually looks really cool -- looked a bit odd in the pictures online but in real life it really isn't all that weird looking. A bit beat up from a bad swim on the Meadow yesterday so taking a day or two off from boating but really excited to try it out soon!
