I have been asked that a few times. having come over from "the dark side" that is typically how I would enter if I had 2 blades.... so i guess it is just left-over instinct... at the same time... I wanted to be forward and ready to roll.

Jim have you ever got to go up above the 55 footer and done that section? I paddled with dooley today and he said it had rained and the Rio De Oro was too high to do the two big ones. It must have come up from the time of you video till last week. You video looked a little bigger than when we ran it. Did you get to take Shirver down there. One of my fovorites and for sure my favorite in Mexico. Ya that dropped looks as big as Basin falls for sure.
