After crushing my left wrist on a mtn. bike (took training wheels off) I think I'm about ready to get in that phantom again! Three month's on the lame with the most precipitation in 5 years! Can't wait....See ya on the water...

I blew out my knee in March. After a surgery - which the doctor originally thought I wouldn't need - and a few months of rehab I'm slowly getting back in the c-boat...

All the while my friends have be regailing me with stories of rarely run creeks and rivers, which pains me worse than the injury in some ways!
