I have used prijon repair sticks to plug holes, add material to scratches etc. I've used them on both prijon and perception boats. Any shop that carries prijon should have them or can get them. I think I got them pretty cheap $1 or so per stick. its just like using a p-tex ski base repair candle, light the end and drip the "wax" into the hole.
good luck

Good to hear your getting ready to take the boat out. I hope you have as much fun in yours as I have in mine (was out today)!
As for the holes - melting the plastic works well or just use stainless steel bolt, nuts and washers. Bolting them into place with a light coating of Goop around the bolt hole.
Never had any leaks, parts and Goop can be found at any hardware store, and it can be put into place in a couple of minutes.
My $.01 (cause I can't afford more)!!
