I just wanted to show you my experience with the company SOAR, which is sailing inflatable canoes. If you decided to buy something from them, this message may be quite useful for you. In their site they are taking obligation to repair or exchange your canoe during 5 years (warranty period). This year I experienced a serious problem with their canoe (it is 1.5 years old). I was traveling in quite deserted place and found that both of main tubes don’t keep air. I found that the problem with both valves. I was forced to pump it every two hours. Once I got to really bad situation, when I couldn't pump it for several hours.
I sent then numerous messages, but they answered me only once to express their "sorry". Now they even don't answer me for messages.
