Hoss or Lil Joe?

Post by desmith »

I'm looking to outfit my first C-1 and have been told that these both make a great conversion for a river runner. I weigh 170 to 180, 5'9" with a 32 inch inseam.

Seems like I'm right at the bubble between the boats so which way should I go? My interest right now are getting a fairly stable boat to get my roll down and run rivers so play is not a major priority.

Thanks for the feedback!

I'd say go with the Hoss.

at 170 you might want to go with the bigger one.... sit in them as kayaks, as see how it feels, and the water line and such
