airbag valves

Post by grinner »

hi
i cant find the valve for the air bags on the spanish fly.
i can see a quick release valve but i cant see the valve i can blow them up/ slightly let them down with.
does anyone know where they are??
i have looked for them but i have had no look
paddling a flooded canoe is easy. stopping is easy as long as you have some kayaks to help you stop.

Hi Grinner
That is the valve for blowing up and adjusting there should be a flap inside to hold back the air you put in to let out air just put finger in and push back flap to let air out.
cheers Greytowel

its a strange place to put it becuase you need a screw driver to take it off.

warning!:

Whatever you do.. don't open those valves in or even close to the river to fill them up or let air out. There is no retainer and as a pal of mine learned the hard way if they get away from you... say goodbye and be preppared for a very long day on the water.
