how do you look at pictures someone may have posted?

Posted where and how? Users can't post pictures to this site, exactly - you can send pictures to Adam and he'll add them to a gallery / boat page. Or, more typically, folks put links in their posts to pictures that they have elsewhere on the web - on web pages of their own or one of the picture hosting sites. What exactly were you looking for?
