2 new canoe designs

Post by kaz »

Hi.
I'd like to let everyone know that Millbrook Boats will be introducing 2 new open canoes later this fall.
The "BIG BOY" named and designed by Bob Connolly, is 13' long, 30" wide and basically looks like a big "DEFIANT", also designed by Bob Connolly. Bob recently returned from a successful Grand Canyon trip in this boat. I'll have photos soon.
The "CHA-CHA" plug is still being worked on. It's essentially a shorter "PROWLER". Length approx 13.5', width 28.5". Center depth 17".
Both of these boats can be used solo or tandem.
Thanks.
John Kaz.

2 New Boats

I was delighted to hear that you will soon be introducing the new Cha-cha. That’s wonderful news. I’m looking forward to it as a dance partner that will team up nicely with my Rumba. I can attest that it will be a great recreational, as well as slalom, tandem boat. And I can say this with some authority because its prototype, a shortened Prowler, sits in my garage. You should advertise the Rumba and the Cha-cha more. And especially to ABS boaters who haven’t experienced the joy of a light-weight canoe (and Yes, I have battered my Rumba and “early Cha-cha” against rocks many many times and they both still float just fine).
