No, they both have different size cockpits. Circular cockpit on the FM , rectangular on the WB.
I tried my custom made FM deck (from Mountain Surf) on my WB, and the shape difference is way too big, I could not get a tight seal around the rim and got a lot of water in.
I have not tried to fit my custom WB skirt (also from MS) on the FM, but I suspect it would be an equally bad fit.
I know however that an original skirt from a Dagger Atom/Cascade, which have a cockpit that is shapewise somewhere in between the FM and WB fits both of them reasonably well, at least for easier whitewater.
You will need, IMHO either a skirt for each boat if you want them to be bombproof or, if you can compromise and don't run too much big water where a less than perfectly fitting skirt might blow off, get an Atom/Cascade skirt and use it on both.
