I believe it is Joey,can't remember his last name. He's a local here in Richmond. Also a member or team WAV. If I remember correctly he spends his summers raft guiding in Norway.
His skills put alot of us to shame...
He's a real badass and lets his paddlin speak for him.
Truly a sight to see :D
