I got a pyriannah sf6 fform a friend last year. Great boat, but my my problem is that my outfitting is always loose. Especially when i rolle back up I almost have to wiggle my self back in. I dont tight myself up oo much becuase of circulation but not too loose either.
So what is the secret? Please let me know what help keep you tight in your boat when you are up side down. I like to get some air but the boat is not responding to your body.
thanks

A few hints that may or not be helpful, depending on what your outfitting actually looks like now:
1) Higher backrest (keeps you from moving back, loosening up from your straps when you're rolling)
2) Tighter / more aggressive straps to lock you DOWN
3) Hip grabbers or something similar to keep you from sloshing around side to side.
I've found that I prefer using a combination of 1 and 3 rather than 2...that way I am tight in the boat, but if I have to I can exit without undoing the straps (in MOST of my boats...the master cut acrobat is a notable exception. But at this point that is more of a 'glove' than a 'boat'

Do you have a lap belt? Hip grabbers? Either one or both are pretty essential for staying in. Either lap belt or thigh straps, that you can crank down on tight.
My lapbelt is attached too far forward on the kayak, makes for a weird sensation when im underwater... I roll up but definitely feel loose... I'm going to move my lap belt back today, prolly six inches or so so it pulls me back on the seat...

I have hip pads and thight straps. My seat is pushed forward pretty tight. I just realized my seat needed to be glued down to the boat. i have been using the seat interchanging it for other boat aswell. Was thingking of a lap belt but not sure if it is necessary. I was thinking to somekind of toeblocks or somthing.
msims: let me know if your lap belt work out for you. May be i'll just do that, but there are mny straps in my boat already, if you know what i mean.

I'd say lap belt OR thigh straps.. but the thigh straps have to be pretty high... otherwise you float out.... toe blocks if you have the room would solve the prob. I didnt get the outfitting re-done this week, but will let you know... generally you are in there really tight w/ a belt and hip blocks.
