I burst the cuff of my dry suit proper. I had repaired it previously with bike inner tube. It made it stiffer and therefore more prone to being ripped again.
rerepaired it but it is now leaking.
It is possible to buy a whole unit cuff and banging it in?
I'm based in the UK so it'll limit my choices on North american ground
Relatively new to all this whitewater malarky so just fishing for info whilst also searching on the side.
cheers for any advice.

easy to use.... economical.... easy obtained.... make sure the edges are tapered thin
skip the scrape step, and simply clean well... alcohol works well, but have used water, dried, and patched at the put in and gone boating... have had several last a couple seasons. Of course if latex is worn out they will simply tear again, but for those simply torn this will do well.
