I am looking for gore-tex feet to replace the Latex feet on my Dry-Suit.
Is there a place where i could order some. I know some places
in the US could do it for me but i am not at ease with the idea
of shipping my drysuit across the border (i am in Quebec). I found
a place here that can do it but they do not have the replacement
part. I searched a lot on the net without luck.

I wouldn't say easy, just not as difficult as you might think.
Gortex is a poor material for feet though, it delaminates. Latex or tough PVC Coated Polyester are much less likely to leak.

Dry Feet
I shipped my Goretex Kokatat to the factory in California for minor repairs and had them add feet. Great decision, really improves the January and Feb paddling and makes it easier to get in & out of, especially shen you are cold. If you ship across the U.S. border make sure that you have the suit also "repaired under warranty" in some fashion and have warranty/repair listed on the outside shipping label otherwise the Canadian customs will charge 13% sales tax as in importing a new purchase.
As to supplies for self install Kokatat might sell and ship.
I was given some good ideas before committing. Think about glueing on a X-large pair of neoprene socks with the adhesive that you use for gasket repair. I would just cut the existing gasket back but leave a larger rim and glue to that. I would have to committed to that idea but my suit is still in great shape and was a too substantial investment to experiment with although I might try it on an older Stohlquist suit.

Thanks for the replies. I will check with Kokatat but my suit is
not a Kokatat. We will see. If this does not work i'll probably
make my own. I dont want Latex (risk of tear too high) but i have the sewing machine.
