Re: Shaggy Jedi
I not believe there are many, or perhaps any, on this continent.
If one appears I'd like one for the collection as well!
If you are interested in the Jedi, be sure to check out the Sith if you haven't...

Re: Shaggy Jedi
As far as I remember Martin and Gwyn mentioned that one of the guides at RiverRun on the Ottawa has one. It may be the only one on this side of the Pond. Martin and Gwyn will be able to shed some light on this. As far as I rememberthey said that the mold for the Jedi is still somewhere in the UK.

Re: Shaggy Jedi
Yeah, I'd love one too. Seems to be the ideal C1 for what I'd use it for.
Re: Shaggy Jedi
You are right TGG, there is only one in north America, and I don't think that it is for sale!
All the Jedis were built using polyester resin and diolen/glass mix. We were poor students back in those days and couldn't afford epoxy or kevlar! They held up remarkably well though, considering what we put them through.
The mold is somewhere in the UK above a garage, and is likely to stay there now that airlines don't like carrying such bit things any more. The process of designing the Jedi taught us a lot, especially in that period when boat design was rapidly evolving. Whilst it was a fun boat for it's time, it did have a few drawbacks that would be quite apparent to today's boaters now.
Thanks
