Esquif Vertige (not X) converted to Tandem?

I have a Vertige in my fleet and I've always wanted to try it out as a tandem. Has anyone ever done this before? Again, not the X, but a solo 12'10'' Vertige converted to tandem. Any thoughts on how this could work and perform?

I saw an Ocoee tandem on the Upper Telico in March.
The boat inspired me to turn my Nitro into a tandem, with triple saddle to retain it as a solo capable boat.
Almost have everything glued in (need warmer weather) and looking forward to paddling it this summer.
I'll post some pix when I get the work done.
The Vertige should be fun as a tandem.

Along the lines of Keez' comments, Skooks (Vancouver area) has been seen in a tandemized Viper 12, carving up the surf waves with his son.
Methinks a Vertige would be sized enough to convert to tandem.
(SKOOKS: If yer reading this, pls chime in!)

Kris from canoeadventure did it, long time ago if I'm not mistaken. I've never seen or paddled it, but it appeared to be a fun setup IF paddlers weights match up AND the total weight is not too much.
Lengthwise you end up close to the Blast, if I'm not mistaken.
Looking at the vertige-x, I don't think a tandem Vertige would be dry-running, but probably reasonable fast and quick turning for a tandem. I'd give it a try if I were you

What are you thinking the combined paddler weight will be?
I've put a week of gear in my and run CVI with good performance so it should be workable.
