ACA Whitewater Open Canoe Downriver Nationals

Here's a summary:
Dates - June 16-19
Venue - Nantahala River, Wesser, NC
Race Courses - Downriver (~8 miles, from the Forest Service landing just above Patton's Run to just below Nantahala Falls at NOC) and Sprint (through Patton's Run).
Divisions - Classes for Racing and Recreational hulls, both solo and tandem, with age group divisions for Men, Women, Mixed, and Junior/Senior.

Those of us who are traveling long distances to the event are very hopeful that open boaters from the Southeast will show up in large numbers. The venue is great, as many of you probably already know, but having a large local showing to welcome those of us from away sure makes a big addition to the event. Hope to see you soon! Jeff
