ACA Swiftwater Rescue Conference... Stellar Line Up!

The ACA is hosting a Swiftwater Recue Conference/Workshop in Dillsboro NC Oct. 25, 26, 27 2013.
What impresses me about the the list of noteworthy presenters including: Les Bechdel, Slim Ray, Charlie Wallbridge, Sam Fowlkes, Robin Pope, Mike Mather, Justin Padgett, Ken Kastorff, Erin Peeler, Walter Fleton, Virgil Chambers and Pat Dillon... to name a few. http://www.americancanoe.org/?SWR_Conf_Speakers" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Many of the presenters are either the "Pioneers" for the discipline... or are now on the cutting edge modifying old and designing new techniques.
The 3 day event cost $150 (which I think is a steal) and is limited in enrolment. Currently there are only 30 spaces left. I am pretty sure it will sell out.
So... If river rescue is something you are interested in... I truly believe that this is the place to be.
I am VERY excited about this event... hope to see some C-Boat folks there!
