We have a great new little whitewater park here in Northwest Arkansas, so I'm thinking about getting something more playful than the Octane. l'm 5-10, 200-220. Will the original Blackfly work in that range. Any other play boat suggestions? Thanks-M-

You might try an Ion. Give a double use as play and river runner. Might be hard to find,

Thanks for the input. I have an Octane 91 for my creeker - river runner and love it. Looking to add a park and play boat to the quiver for the couple of features at our new play spot at Fishers Ford. Also thinking of a Big Dog Force. Any others to think about? -M-

+1 on ion, even an 85 or even a Ledge will feel much more playful than 91

Go C1 for strictly park and play. No dumping, no pumps and kayak hulls are dirt cheap.

park and play in a c-1 is a gateway drug...

I'm 210 and the original BF is a great park and play boat for me, though wet, so I did install a pump.

The Big Dog Force OC1 is a creeker/ riverrunner and not a park and play boat. The Big Dog Chaos OC 1 is their playboat.
As far as the Blackfly Blackfly is concerned I found that, based on my limited seat time in it, that at my weight of ~190 lbs, it is great in smaller play features but it floats a little low and makes thus catching and surfing big waves like the ones found on the Ottawa challenging.
TGG!

I'm on the wait list for a new Delta. Does anyone want to part with their original Blackfly, so I can play while I wait? Thanks-M-
