yes ocoee, seth and i will be at the armada
i'll bring his boat along. Ned Poff is going to give us some help with it thursday night at the Chute-Out and maybe we can get some more help over the weekend. We have some foam in the attic but most is Seth's which he will need for his new boat. His kayak roll is bombproof - as is his kayak hand ro...

(Seth's outfitting won't work as he uses an old Dagger saddle)...

bloomington runs next weekend Jay. Pete and I may have to pull the plug if levels remain up. I am not sure what our personal PtP level is - but we have not done anything harder than Bloomington/Lehigh and we haven't paddled tandem in several years - Would Stonycreek be a possible alternative if leve...

Pete and I are planning to come in our Caption
Do you have extra permit Jay or should we get our own? We haven't paddled the Caption in about 3 years. Yikes! Figure a good day equates still having a boat at the end of the day (maybe at the end of the loop) We need airbags - gotta try and patch ours or I will have to suck it up and buy a set....(...

Washington Post canoe trip article
Thought you all might enjoy this - as Seth's brothers Sean and Ocoee are quoted in it. Sean is an open boater sometimes - he did well at Nationals last year as a Cadet....but he also kayaks - though he barely fit in his T-3 yesterday on the Cheat Canyon - He may just have to take up C-boating. Ocoee...
