Suggested weight ranges
Im looking at a Mamba for river/creek stuff but am on the top range of the weight for the 7.5. I remember reading somewhere about how a c1 affects the range a bit more than a kayak but I dont remember how. Anyone have an opinion on weight range stuff? Thanks,

I have the possibility to pick up a 4Fun that is already outfitted as a c1. The boat is in good shape and for a good price but I know very little about it apart from what I can read on the website. What about the CFS?
I like the sounds of the Nomad but I have a chance on a CFS. Anyone have an opinion on how the two compare or if the CFS is a good idea in general. Ive never seen one in action as a conversion but only as a kayak. Jan, what do u think?

I've been away from the computer for a while since I posted my original note and Im trying to catch up with it all. Sorry everybody. Thanks for all the good feedback. I probably wont buy a C1 specific creek boat both because of availability and cost. Ill have to use a conversion and Im still decidin...
