The dagger boats make for easy conversions with their welded center rail ( have designed a system for the dagger boats). I have done the 88 and the agent and i love them. I have also tryed the super star and it is a much better kayak tha a c-1. The small 88 would be great for your size but the agent...

I am paddlinga Crazy 88. It is a great boat. Not as balanced as the XXX but it does everything that I want it to do. If you want a newer more balanced boat try the fluid flirt.

The "SOLO" is a great boat. Alittle different with the displacement hule and edges. The initial stability is not all that great but the secondary stabitily is great. The boat is very responsive and goes where you want it to with little effort. As for slides, the boat bounces of the water and does no...

Hello,,

I have a mamba C-1 and I love it. I converted the 8.5 and I am about 210 lbs. I use it for light creekeing, safty boating, and longer river trips. The boat has great stability and track very well. It is a very comfortable c-1.

Try to start your off-side cartwheels from a splitwheel. This helps with controlling your rotation and verticality.
