We've got a new zephyr (just doing our part for the canoe market - yeah, esquif!).
The shop recommended 48" bags, but they leave a few inches of empty space in the factory outfitting. Way too small for my taste. I've seen a few people mention zephyrs here - what size (length) flotation bags are you using?
Also, what have you used to glue minicell in the boat (like for the knee pads, which come separate - I feel like I've seen references to problems with adhesives on the twintex.
Thanks,
Charlie

I've got 60" bags, front and rear - fills it out nicely.
No problems with contact cement, pads and the like are not in tension and it works fine. The problem comes in getting a good bond in tension - you need a high $ 3M two part adhesive or build a bulkhead. But yours is probably factory outfitted with the new glue or a bulkhead already.
