I don't have any for sale personally, but know of one locally (Millbrook MJM) that is in great shape and fits your budget. Not sure you are willing to purchase a glass / kevlar boat though.
Alternatively in addition to boats listed here there are usually few for sale on the Northeast Paddlers Message board (npmb.com )

The northeast and southeast US tends to have boats for sale frequently due to the number of paddlers; I'm not sure about IL, but I do know there are quite a few folks on here from OH as well as a few from WI.
