I have a question about squirt boat, particularly Acrobat cuts.
Does this always involve removing material throughout the entire length of the boat, or are there also cuts out there where the cockpit area has the full volume and only the ends have volume cut out of them?
I can, due to my really long legs (particularly the femur) just barely fit into the cockpit of my full cut Acrobat, but there is no chance I'll ever fit into a master cut (I tried to get into NZMatts boat a few years ago as well as into Mike W's at the Armada and it was absolutely hopeless). Never seen a 1/2 cut, but I doubt I would fit that one.
I absolutely LOVE the full cut acrobat for my weight (190 -195 lbs) as a squirty big water boat, I ran the main channel of the Ottawa in it a week ago, fully expecting to put on quite an involuntary show for my friends and anyone else on the river, but it handled beautifully. I go tons of ( voluntary) stern squirts in, even a few bow squirts at brain douche (alas, no mystery moves yet...) and I am getting close to throwing cartwheels with more than 2 ends in flatwater, although I still have a lot of work head of me to achieve the desired verticality in the bow station. Suirtrboats rule and they look SO COOL with the metal flakes !

Hmmm...braindouche.....
Hiya Martin
I miss the Ottawa! Brain douche is fun, but no way would I take my mastercut Acrobat there.....I like air every 30secs or so and I've seen regular (older school - longer and slicier) playboats get underwater in those whirlpools. Now the Groove would be awesome there.
Sigh....the local club is going to Uttigen to mes around tonight and I can't go play. My gut is cranky as hades and anything physical has ramifications. I'm just starting to get side entry mysteries and there'd be enough people there to pull my skinny arse out if I screwed up too bad. I don't dare take the Mastercut Acro to Uttigen at summer flows on my own.
