They're not attached to the board in any way? Not like tow behind knee boards (lap belt)? Pretty cool...

Ever see the stand up surfers using those l8-10' long paddles? That's interesting, too...

Yeah... Laird... but there is NO WAY you are going to get the same kind of leverage and manueverability standing up as you would like this. Food for thought.
