Minicell WARNING.

Post by Craig Smerda »

posted this on another thread but...

If you are sanding Minicell with a powersander... wear at least a dustmask or a respirator!!! That stuff is NOT good for your lungs.

Yes, I have noticed how those little bits of dust stick and cling to EVERYTHING and decided before ever working with the foam that it would be a good idea to wear a dust mask (particulate respirator as opposed to the big organic vapor respirators used when gluing into boats or using epoxy etc.) The little bits really cling to clothes as well, so it's important to shake/brush them off after using the foam.

Craig you are correct! Mask and glasses at all times......everytime with power tools.

Add gloves and vent well when working with chems! This includes welding!

Keep preach'n...... keep us safe!
