Well I lugged this OC1 out from Maine to Arizona, and have only got it wet once in the past 4 years. Its in good shape with the usual dings and scrapes to the outer skin (most of the deeper scrapes have been repaired). Super fun little boat (amazing enders!)
Fully outfitted with Mowhawk's double thigh strap system, airbags (I added extra lacing), and additional floatation in the cockpit.
*edit* I know I mentioned earlier that I'd consider shipping...and it still is an option. But I'd really prefer not to if possible. However, I will be taking a big road trip in early August from AZ up through CO to WY, then west through UT/ID to OR, then down to So. CA. If someone was willing to meet me along that route, I'd be willing to haul the boat out for a nominal fee to help with gas.
Thanks
Bags have been patched a few times, but were airtight last time I paddled the boat.
Mohawk factory double thighstrap outfitting w/ adjustable Yakima footpegs, tons of extra minicell added on the sides for extra displacement.
Hull in good shape. Never been wrapped, no oilcanning, stored indoors. Has the expected amount of scrapes, but nothing major.
Ends in good shape (never pitoned)
Scrapes/gouges on hard-chined middle section. I've paddled it like this for years, but it would be an easy fix if someone wanted to...

And here's a short video of the boat in action on a local creek. The vid is now several years old and I've been meaning to post it up...but to be honest it kind of makes me cringe everytime I watch it because (1) my technique was so embarrassingly poor (not that its improved that much since!) and (2) the soundtrack and slo-mo editing is admittedly a little hoakey--it was done by an old paddling buddy of mine (the K1'er in the video)...but being a butt-boater I guess I should have expected no less
