Backbones?

Post by Skip On Ocoee »

For my outfitting job, i plan on having a Gyramax saddle(hopefully). But i'm wondering what kind of backbone you can use with a factory saddle. Fence rail seems a little out of the question, but a 1.5-2" thick aluminum pipe maybe?

Any suggestions?

No need for a backbone with a factory saddle - it gives you the needed strength.

I use 1.5" pvc tubes, 2 bolted together usually. Unless there is already something in plase like in WS or Daggers...

Cheers, Jan
