WTB: Perception Slasher

Any Boat, Gear, or outdoor related item you have for sale. If you use it on a paddling trip, or to prepare for one, it's fair game.

WTB: Perception Slasher

Post by Not Elvis »

I know, I already have one--what would I need with one more? PAC, MikeW, KNeal--care to chime in? Anyway, in order to further a recent discussion to have a "merry band of Slashers" on local DC rivers, I need another Slasher. I might as well buy one to keep, and loan when necessary.

Anybody got one out there that they want to part with? I would not necessarily need a skirt, but if one was available, I might consider it as well. I'm not particular about the color--I look good in any boat I paddle, regardless of color. 8) Except for the Fink, because Big Al looks good(er) in it than me. :)

AS AN ADD-ON:

Anybody got an Perception HD-1 out there that they want to sell? I started my career in one, and I'm looking to retire (when I die) in one. With their age, and uber-popularity, I know people might not want to part with theirs, but I thought I would throw it out there.

What ever happened to share and share alike?

For the record, Ed, this second boat acquisition will DIRECTLY benefit a femme from the Metro DC area, whose initials are "Ed's femme." 8)

I think I have a line on one as we speak. Should I acquire it, it will require perhaps some tweaking to fit somebody's tiny femme tookus. That is, if we can get her out of a flatwater racing OC1...

Slasher

I know a retired paddlesport dealer that has several new Slashers and Gyromax!
If you are interested let me know and I can make the connection.
