C1 Squirt for sale (Mentor #2) - Update Oct. 09

Post by Sir Adam »

Looking at the boat rack, and that I'd like some XC equipment (grooming) for my trails this winter, I'd really like to get this to someone who will use it. If you're interested, PM or e-mail me an offer.... I'll be letting it go for less than it cost to build, but I do hate to see it just sit there.

The Mentor is basically new - only scratches are from demo's.

For those that don't know the boat, it's the "purple smokey" one, low cut for 185 or so. If you have thicker legs (or a skinnier upper body, relative to your legs) you'll balance fine as is. If you're more barrel chested the cockpit rim will need to be moved further forward (unless you're inseam is short), which we can discuss (for the right price I'll do it for you). If you are lighter the boat also works fine...at least my 160 lbs had no trouble throwing it around.

Post here, or e-mail me if you're interested (info...cboats.net).

Demo's available in upstate NY whether you're interested or not - it's a fun boat, capable of mysteries 8)

Why, are looking to break yet another cockpit rim on one of my composite boats :P ?!?!?
You should get it! You would be the undisputed Cquirt downtime king in a Mentor!!

Responded... You're second in line... in fairness to all I want folks to try before they buy:)

If theres enough interest I can always make another one, though it would either be more expensive than the demo one, or not as high tech materials (demo boat is S glass and Kevlar... with lots of Kevlar)

Hopefully y'all can make it to the Armada so everyone gets to try it:)
