Nooooo - they let the $pon$ooooon loon our of his padded cell! He was one of the reasons for the demise of the usenet group rec.boats.paddle as a active online community.

Oh dear lord....the nutcase is back. He is the reason I quit reading the rec.boats.* newsgroups. Try to have honest discourse with this nutjob and you'll soon realize logic and reasoning have no place in his world.

Read his diatribes long enough and it'll be crystal clear that the "S" word that shall remain unspoken-boy has no understanding of boat design, stability, etc. and their roll in different conditions.

So, if I were going to make false, misleading and frankly slanderous remarks, I would at least make it easy to buy something so that I look credible and profit. Seriously, this guy FAILS.

I find that reading this dude's work is surprisingly hilarious. He cannot form a coherent argument and his writing isn't organized in any logical format.

Here's a good one--a favorite--letter to the FBI

In another FBI letter he demands that the director of the ACA and other prominent people be arrested.

Then there is a goofy excerpt from a letter he wrote to the director of paddle canada (my understanding is that the referenced Mr. Kozak tried to challenge this guy's logic):

"Mr. Kozak has far more than "questioned", indeed, you probably did not know he has been absolutely relentless in libelling, defaming and slandering me, my website, my business, my reputation, disparaging my the "S" word that shall remain unspoken (even suggesting I was getting rich from them), defamation in all possible ways: "I disagree 100% with you about the whole notion of “the "S" word that shall remain unspoken”, "You’re (sic) book is full of logical fallacies. That was so poorly written, I gave up about halfway through.
Even as a sales pitch for his product it is really bad.

Got to go with you on this Mr. Admin. even before I got kicked out of the kiddy pool for the first time, I said repeated that no one needs to be kick off a board just to silence them. Even the most rabid of the facist Republican should be allowed to spew their hate and stupidy. I took a little more time to read and the dude is definitely out there. I think the little the "S" word that shall remain unspoken things would possibly have a market if they were presented to the right people and the insanity were cranked down a few notches.

I think he could probably actually sell those things to the people that rent kayaks and such at the beaches around here. I mean, they will put anyone in a rec. kayak with no instruction at all and call it good for $50 for a couple of hours. Not sure it would save many lives, but might help if somebody did something really stupid and couldn't figure out how to fix it. Probably not so much from a safety perspective as to avoid the inconvenience of a customer needing help.
