have heard of such, but you don't see many - not down here....

... always thought they-must be made for Noth'in openboaters, as result of all that cold water shriveling up - the parts that 'instill bravery'..... ya'know from all that cold water sloshing around, in those long boats.... but now, I see they know about'em in Wishconsin too.
