...our club has a couple of these kickin' around (still K1). Anyone have experience with these boats? I know they are long by today's standards but they look like great cruiser/creeker style boats. They put me in mind of slalom boats with somewhat similar hull shape/design to the Vanha Jape, Max, Fanatic, etc. I'd love to hear more about the design - why the pronounced v or arrow shape?

I had an hurricane c1 maybe 10 years ago and it was a great boat. Probably the best old scool boat I had. Nothing similar to the modern play boat, but a great river runner old style play boat.
