Weight range for Aftershock
I'm around 180- no problem. According to the specs from Dagger for the 2001 model, the paddler weight range is from 110-250 lbs.
(Many established C1ers don't like the Aftershock as it is slow and wet (but if you foam it up inside it's not as much of a 'log' when full of water) but I think it's a really fun open boat...)
LJ Erickson.

I'm a big boy and I like mine...
I have paddled the Ocoee in mine as heavy as 240 without any problems. I'm currently 220 and losing. I really like the boat, it's a ton of fun. However it is very slow and very wet, even fully foamed out. I don't paddle it a lot in the winter because it's so wet that I freeze my butt off. I'm sure my weight doesn't help the performance, but I still manage to get down the river alright and have fun doing it. BTW, It's an awesome machine at a spin spot.

Jeff
