We don't get Weldwood here in Canada, so my product of choice LePage Prestite Contact Cement.
I compared the MSDS of all 3 options, green, blue and gel:

I 'll spare you the time to go through them all, but my conclusion is:
Go Blue!! it has the highest concentration of 2-Butanone (whatever that is ).
Gel is still OK, but lower on the 2-Butanone.
The green une is useless, as non-toxic... ...
