Is the $1450 include outfitting? Any idea what the final weight on the Option might be?
I am very interested in a boat if they are done before too much snow melts in NY.

I like long walks in the park, wearing bicycle shorts and "holding hands"

TonyB is just jealous
It is amazing how much has been accomplished in just a few weeks. Hopefully both the Option and the Ion will be hits!

Yes, including airbags.
Final weight including outfitting and airbags should be ~53lbs.

Jeremmy, did you have any bigger paddlers, like around 200+ lbs paddling the boats and what they had to say?
Thank you

I haven't had anyone that heavy in it yet, other than a kayaker who tried it out in the pool. It looked to be floating him alright. With the changes I'll be making, trying to figure out the max weight would have been a bit inconclusive anyway.

So the final version would be accommodating heavier paddlers... maybe?!?

I am curious how high was the saddle in the boats that you tested? Can you get away with 7.5" high saddle?

I should note that I've never paddled a L'edge . . .
And I prefer short walks across the beach, actually.
