OpenBoater in North Carolina?

end of april, I will be in NC, together with my buddy Walter. We will join the French Broad River Festival and Elis IDW/ICE. From 2nd to 6th of may I am going to be at Landmarks for instruction. Walter has nothing to do while I am there and is looking for somebody who is willing to paddle with him. Is there somebody?
