So I've been out of the loop for a few years and looking to convert a K1 into a C1. In the past i've used (to great success) the Dagger/Harmony pedestal to start my buildup from. After searching for one on the inter-web I've come up blank.
So here is the question. Can I still find one of these pedestals? Is there something better in the market now? Are we knee-boaters just plain shunned from corporate boating now?
Thanks in advance for any help.
Best,
C-1 Pedestal (anyone still making them?)

Pretty much shunned... Still amazed that nobody is making a plastic saddle... See the "outfitting" section for lots of home grown set ups...

No plastic set ups, there have been at least two production carbon setups - one here in the US, one overseas. Both look great (and likely are) but are not cheap.
The Outfitting section (see header above) does indeed have a lot of different ideas and images of what other folks have done.
The other option is finding an old boat that yanking the saddle out.
