Mini cell foam for a saddle

I was looking at Sweets website and it seems both types of foam is usable. Which type do you all endorse for a bulkhead saddle.

Their 3" skived is what you want. L200 is the normal density if you are looking around...oh, and don't forget your contact cement :D
